This company is fraudulent

This company is fraudulent! Twice now I sent flowers and didn’t receive a thank you (don’t need a thank you but odd I didn’t hear from them). A month went by and I asked the receiver about the flowers. They never came!!!! I contact flower shopping after a month and their reply was, sorry we weren’t able to send your order.

So I paid and no flowers were sent! After 1 month, they never returned my money, tried to contact myself regarding the flowers NOT being delivered.

I believe the previous order was never sent either.

Ripoff company

I ordered flowers 6 weeks in advance. A week before they were supposed to be delivered I received an e-mail confirming that they had been delivered, they were not. I called customer service on the delivery day and was told that they were out for delivery. Guess what, that was a lie. The customer service person said that they were delivered and they would not be giving a refund of my purchase price. Avoid this company at all cost. Your flowers will get delivered quicker if you grow them yourself and hand deliver them!

One pissed off customer.

This place is total garbage

This place is total garbage. Lousy customer service. My order was placed and never delivered so after 3 days I cancelled. Avoid the head ache and stay away.

Do not use them!

Ordered flowers and paid extra for delivery by 12:00 noon but never came. I received a call telling me the florist the use in my area closed so someone else was going to deliver the next day. I was also told I would get 10% off my order the express delivery cost back and an upgrade on my order. The next day the flowers came looklike $#*! and no upgrade and they didn't even look like the ones in the picture I ordered. I have only received less than $5.00 back.
Absolutely discussed with them. Use someone else if you can so maybe your anniversary gift won't be horrible and a embarrassing experience for your wife. Here are pictures of what I paid for and what I got delivered.

I'll never EVER order from here again!

I'll never EVER order from here again. I placed my order on 9/8. I had a delivery of 9/9 or 9/10 (I just wanted to make sure it got to someone coming home from a surgery on the 11th. On 9/10 I received a call that they couldn't deliver. They didn't tell me the reason. I told them to go ahead and deliver it on the 11th. On the 11th, i got a call and an email that they could not deliver it. Again, no reason. I told them to deliver it on the 12th. the 12th comes around, not communication at all. I called to see what the issue is. They said they needed to contact the store. I asked if they needed signature to deliver. They said they didn't know. I told them to to tell the flower show that they have permission to "drop and roll". The 13th comes around, still no delivery. But I did get an email saying don't contact them more than one time for the same issue. I call back on the 13th. They tell me that the reason the flowers were held up is because they didn't have the little pumpkin decoration that goes with it. So now I'm pissed. had you told me that on the 10th I would have just said send the flowers and don't worry about the pumpkin. It was finally delivered on the 14th. All they did was offer me $5 for the next order. Again, I will NEVER orde4r from them again and highly urge others not to waste their time and energy on this company.

I wish I read these reviews

I wish I read these reviews! Ordered flowers for today and paid extra to have them there by 2pm at her office. They call me at 6pm asking when the office closed! It closed at 5pm What the @#$%? He was not even sent out till after 2pm. I will never ever use this service again!

I would leave 0 stars if I could

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on Friday, paid extra for same day delivery. The flowers did not arrive until evening on Saturday and when they did arrive they were in the wrong (ugly) vase. The flowers were all but dead “upgraded to likewise or better to what was ordered on website”. Received flowers that looked like they were picked from the neighbors garden that was left un-attended. Customer service is an absolute joke. Offered me a $15 refund and nothing but excuses for the poor quality of the product and service. The website offers guarantees, the only thing you are guaranteed is trash!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I used this site. I looked for a local florist to my relative because I wanted to make sure I got flowers to her on her birthday. This site appeared to be an ordering method with s local florist but it wasn’t. My flowers to my aunt not only didn’t get delivered, I wasn’t notified until 10am the day after the requested delivery date that they didn’t deliver and “sorry for the inconvenience “. And when I called them they didn’t care either way whether I cancelled or still wanted delivery.
Beware shoppers!

DON'T ORDER FROM FLOWER SHOPPING!!

DON'T ORDER FROM FLOWER SHOPPING!!! I ordered the Teleflora's Rosy Birthday Present. It was supposed to have several roses, other flowers, a Happy Birthday box, ribbons and tissue paper. I paid extra for a deluxe arrangement that was supposed to be larger than what was pictured. It looked nothing like what was on the website. It was a lower value than what I ordered. Policy states they will substitute with equal or higher value. That was not the case! I immediately complained and they said it was comparable. I asked what was substituted for the happy birthday box, ribbons and tissue paper, and what was added to make it deluxe. They offered 20% off which I refused because that wasn't enough for the arrangement.

4000 reviews in Nov 2017 ...96,000 reviews in Feb 2019? Skewed top rating and numbers not realistic. It's illegal to buy/post fake reviews as per FTC.

I agree that they are paying people to post good reviews. The customer service people if you can call them that are very rude and incompetent.

Are you trying to deceive customers in Canada? And have you at all trained your customer service agents? Awful! Awful!

A:

As someone who retired after 32 year in Customer Service of a fortune 500 company in Canada, I was appalled at the lack of care or concerned for the service they delivered, or the reputation of their company... They simply quoted some 'corporate policy' and pretty well... IMHO, they just blew me off.

You can't! They have a horrible policy of not refunding you once your order is taken... The best you can expect is to file a claim with the credit card company or paypal if you used them.
